If you haven't joined the approximately 1,400 Mountaineers who proudly carry an ACLU membership card, now is the time to do so! Members are the backbone of our organization. Growth in membership increases our lobbying ability and our financial strength. It also bolsters the real national security of knowing you're a part of an organization that is the premier civil liberties watchdog, and if necessary, bulldog.
As a member of ACLU-WV, you automatically become a member of the national ACLU, as well as the local chapter in your area. Membership dues for ACLU-WV begin at $20 a year for an individual and $30 annually for a joint membership. Joint membership represents two members in a household. Membership dues are NOT TAX DEDUCTIBLE since they support our legislative work in the West Virginia Legislature and in Congress.
Your dues include:
· A one-year membership to both the West Virginia and National ACLU.
· Subscriptions to State and National ACLU newsletters.
