Calling an Article V Convention for Term Limits - HCR 61

This resolution would have urged Congress to call for a Convention of the States for the purpose of creating term limits for legislative office. Not only is a Convention of the States a dangerous, untested method of amending the Constitution, but term limits deprives voters of their ability to choose legislators that they support.
