@ 8:30 pm

At a time when many are sharing stories through the "me, too" movement, and these topics are popping up in the news and in household conversations across the country, it is an important time to address rape culture and how it manifests in our society and communities.

This joint training with Planned Parenthood South Atlantic will cover what makes up rape culture, rape culture and implicit bias, how we contribute to rape culture, how communities are impacted differently, as well as how to confront rape culture and consent. The training will also include time for conversation and sharing.

The training will be held in the on the 3rd floor of the Summers County Public Library. Contact Mollie Kennedy at mkennedy@acluwv.org with questions.
