Senate cannot hide their shameful vote from the public's cameras

The West Virginia Senate wants to hide their shameful vote to ban abortion, so they are trying to unlawfully ban any video or photography from the gallery today.  

The Open Governmental Meetings Act is clear: the public is allowed to record the Senate’s actions.

We just sent a demand letter to Senate President Craig Blair. The Senate can allow people to record, or we’ll see them in court. Read the letter in full below
