Expediated Driver License Reinstatement - SB 90

This bill allows for expedited reinstatement of licenses for people who complete a rehabilitation and job training program (Jim's Dream). Although the introduced version of the bill simply transferred jurisdiction for the Safety and Treatment Program from DHHR to the DMV. An amendment in the House modified the bill to make it complimentary to a bill on criminal expungement (Senate Bill 152).
