This bill allows participating pharmacists to provide hormonal contraception without a prescription from a physician. People receiving contraception must complete a screening, and must be over 18 years old.

This bill would have mandated that only a licensed physician could perform any abortion service.

This bill prohibits abortions after a fetal cardiac rhythm was detected.

This bill would have prohibited employers from requesting wage history in making hiring and compensation decisions and from preventing employees from discussing wages or benefits.

This bill expands Medicaid coverage to 185% of the federal poverty level for 60 days post-partum, and CHIP coverage up to 300% of the federal poverty level post-partum.

This bill prohibits denying a business license because of a criminal background and requires a rational basis between the crime and the occupation in order to deny licensing.
