For immigrants, President Donald Trump’s cruelty knows no bounds. We have seen it time and time again over the last four years.

ACLU-WV issued the following statement concerning today's decision in U.S. District Court for the Northern District of West Virginia: 

Our immigration detention system locks up hundreds of thousands of human beings unnecessarily every year. This system exposes detainees to brutal and inhumane conditions of confinement at massive costs to American taxpayers.
