The American Civil Liberties Union of West Virginia is partnering with nonprofit law firm Mountain State Justice and students at the West Virginia University College of Law to offer a hotline for voters who are facing issues at the polls.

ACLU-WV along with the ACLU National Voting Rights Project and attorney Anthony Majestro filed a class action lawsuit today against Cabell County Clerk Karen Cole for refusing to recognize and permit online voter registration within the county.
