The ACLU-WV is petitioning the court to dismiss the case citing freedom of the press.

On Tuesday, May 9, 2017 journalist Dan Heyman was arrested at the West Virginia State Capitol Building while attempting to ask Secretary Tom Price and Kellyanne Conway a question about the ACA.
